55 Fiction Programming Change
OK, It’s been a busy week here, and I’m off-line for the weekend. That said I want to announce a slight format change: Reader Submissions are being moved to the weekend. We have consistently been getting enough stories sent in to warrant two full days.
If you submit a story and it doesn’t appear that weekend, be patient. On full weeks (such as this one) I’ll be holding some in reserve, just in case the next week is a little slower.

The new blogger…
After much persuasion, Maruthi finally managed to get me to agree to be on the 55Fiction team…
Now I can post my utterly defeating stories whenever I want… I love writing these little stories, so now I’m actually a full contributor you’ll be hearing more from me in the future.

Welcome to the 55fiction blog.
This blog is our space within b5media where we will entertain you with works of fiction, but with a twist – each of the stories will be just 55 words (or less) long.
Why only 55 words? Well, its like asking “why bonsai”? or “why haiku?” Humans have always been fascinated by things that are too small or too big. This is an attempt to create fiction that is too small.
